Over the last few years, the restaurant landscape has changed and a new category has arrived & deliveries are now a vital component of the F&B sector. Chow Down Brands is an independent group of food brands in the restaurants QSR and virtual brand space with a mission to facilitate and grow franchising opportunities for all our brands in various formats, from physical stores, virtual brands or 3rd party kitchens.
In addition we now run a number of food brands that run in one kitchen making a fast and efficient route to market. We are rolling out our new format stores in small location minimising CAPEX and maximising profitablity. As an experienced operator we have the operations team, system, management, and infrastructure to be able grow into a national chain.

Our USP is that all brands are company owned and as we manufacture all the key lines, we can have a superior and consistent product compared to our competitors.
Manufacturing & Distribution
We have our own manufacturing arm of the business and the whole purpose was to centralise and standardise production, providing consistency across the brand. The unit has already been set up to manufacture food, with all appropriate licensing. With a space of over 5,000 ft2, we have a combination of cold processing rooms, high-risk cooking rooms, walk-in fridges, freezers, blast freezers, warehouse and offices for our head office team. Below are a few of the processes carried out daily:
Marinating and cooking of chicken wings and fillets
Mincing and forming all beef burgers
Mixing and Cooking all handmade sauces
Creating ready made pouches of dishes to increase kitchen speed

All product development is done in-house by our dedicated team. We are able to trial dishes in a few stores before a full route to market. As this is in-house it gives us a competitive advantage compared to our competitors.
